How it works

• 1. We put up the supplier's (NGO / Entrepreneur) products on our platform.
  2. We pursue our advertising efforts to try and get orders.
  3. We put together a bunch of orders (all orders in a week) and let you know.
  4. You put all those products together and send it to our Bangalore / Delhi office which ever is convenient for you.
  5. We repackage each of the products and ship it to the end consumer.
  

  The agreement is signed between EyeAndBuy Retail Pvt Ltd (Customer) and the supplier (vendor).

  COMPENSATION

  Vendor shall offer best in market rates to the customer pursuant to this Agreement:
  (i) No percentage will be added to Vendor charges for packing, shipping, express, postage, telephone,
  telex, fax, travel expenses and other out of pocket expenses of Vendor personnel; and
  (ii) VAT will be borne by the customer (EyeAndBuy)

  INDEMNIFICATION AND INSURANCE

  a. Vendor shall indemnify and hold Customer harmless with respect to any claims, loss, suit, liability or judgment suffered by Customer, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, based upon or related to any item prepared by Vendor or at Vendor's direction, including, but not limited to, any claim of libel, slander, piracy, plagiarism, invasion of privacy, or infringement of copyright or other intellectual property interest, except where any such claim arises out of material supplied by Customer and incorporated into any materials or advertisement prepared by Vendor.

  b. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Vendor harmless with respect to any claims, loss, liability, damage or judgment suffered by Vendor, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, which results from the use by Vendor of any material furnished by Customer or where material created by Vendor or at the direction of Vendor subject to the indemnification in subsection A. above is materially changed by Customer. Information or data obtained by Vendor from Customer to substantiate claims made in advertising shall be deemed to be "material furnished by Customer to Vendor".
